A dying red rose

I gave you a red rose,
but you didn't take it,
I left it on your table,
hoping you would keep it.

Today when I came,
on the table it was lying,
losing its red petals,
slowly it was dying.

You've heard it before,
from a thousand other guys,
saying they would love,
along with their million lies.

I may not have it all,
for perfect I am not,
but never have I sighed,
at everything I got.

I dreamed of a life,
together we could cherish,
but now I realised,
my dreams have all perished,

To you I bid goodbye,
as my heart is now closed,
I am now all alone,
with my dying red rose.

Sometimes you can't avoid thinking that this world is simply unfair.

This deserves a two-syllable damn - Dayum!

Takpe, kimi. Bunga bukan sekuntum. Kalu dah habis choice dengan bunga pun, lebah pun bukan seekor wtf.

I would like to make myself clear. The aforementioned lebah is not a methaphor whatsoever. So don't go making any unnecessary conclusions.

Johan,
bunga bukan sekuntum... true true
